Made from high-quality steel and fully galvanised for excellent durability and corrosion resistance, this tie bar is manufactured to match the original production specification.
This is the correct-length horizontal tie bar for the full soft-top hood on the Land Rover Defender 90. The tie bars are not handed, and two are required per vehicle — one for each side of the hood.
Please note that, although they may appear similar, this tie bar must not be confused with the shorter 88" Series II/III full-hood tie bar or the Defender truck-cab tie bar, both of which are different lengths and are not suitable for the Defender 90 full hood.
Please note: This product is specifically for the Defender 90 full soft-top hood and is not suitable for earlier Series Land Rovers (1948–1984), 88" Series II/III models, or Defender truck-cab models.
